| 摘 要： | 在社区综合管理改革的大背景下,社区公共体育服务供给模式急待创新。借鉴国外经验和国内文化事业改革经验,将社区公共体育服务确定为准公共产品,引入民营化运营理论,构建以社区为核心的群众体育管理体制,推行政府购买社区公共体育服务模式、培育社会体育组织等。

| Abstract: | On the background of management reform in community,it is urgent to reform the the Providing Model of Community Public Sport Service.On the basis of drawing lessons from the experience of foreign community management and domestic cultural reform and absorbing the concept definiting publice sport service in community as para-public product and be privated,some countermeasures should be taken including setting up the machanism for sport of all centrelized on Communicty,Carrying out the "Government purchase model",and cultivating the social sport organizations etc. |
