| 摘 要： | 中国短道速滑队事件暴露出中国竞技体育管理机制上的漏洞与缺失。为实现中国由体育大国向着体育强国嬗变的战略目标,建立健全竞技体育管理机制,实现竞技体育的科学化管理,是当前我国体育界必须给予高度重视并切实加以解决的重要课题。运用"木桶理论"对我国竞技体育管理机制的构建进行论述,旨在为实现我国竞技体育健康持久的发展,提供必要的理论支撑与参考。
