| 摘 要： | 探讨广州市不同社会分层下社区居民的体育参与情况,为居民进行合理的体育参与提供理论支撑。研究方法包括文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法。结果显示,(1)不同社会阶层人员参与体育的目的不同,以健身为目的最多;(2)体育参与项目上,小球类项目、跑步、散步和广场舞最受欢迎;(3)健身房和小区广场是最受欢迎的体育参与场所;(4)体育消费水平与收入存在相关,收入高的阶层人员其体育消费高;(5)对体育重要性的认知上各阶层存在显著差异。提示社区体育需根据不同的社会阶层的居民开展项目、组建场所,不断提高不同社会阶层人员的体育参与,达到提高居民体质的目的。

| Abstract: | The purpose was to explore the sports participation of residents in different social stratification communities in Guangzhou, and to provide theoretical support for the participation of residents in sports. The research methods used questionnaire, literature and mathematical statistics. The results show: (1) the purpose was different of social stratified people participated in the exercise. (2) The projects of small ball, swimming and big ball, running, walking and square dancing were the most popular. (3) the gym and community square were the most popular sports venues;(4) The level of sports consumption was related to the income;(5) The national and social management, managers, and private entrepreneurs believed that the proportion of sports was significantly higher than that of other social strata. It is suggested that community sports should be carried out according to the residents of different social classes, setting up places, and constantly improving the sports participation of people of different social classes, so as to achieve the purpose of improving residents'' physical fitness. |
