摘    要:随着大数据时代的来临,在运动训练领域中数据信息与训练决策之间的关系越来越紧密,正经历着从"由直觉和经验驱动决策""以数据为中心的决策"向"数据驱动决策"的发展方式转变。运用质性研究方法,探讨了运动训练数据驱动决策发展方式的实现基础与实现策略。研究表明:实现运动训练数据驱动决策的发展方式,需要向复杂性科学寻求理论指导,向信息化技术寻求技术支持。同时,需要为运动训练过程中的数据赋予特定的背景、洞察隐匿性和低质性数据、关注数据间的关联性与时限性要求并根据数据量级的差异灵活转换大数据思维和小数据思维。

Abstract:With the advent of the era of big data, the relationship between data information and training decisions in the field of sports training is getting closer and closer, which indicates the gradual changes from "intuition and experience-driven decisions" and "data-centered decisions" to "data-driven decisions". This paper, depending on qualitative research method, analyzes the implementation foundation and strategies of data-driven decision making (development) mode in sports training. The dominated idea found in this dissertation is that the complexity science theory and information technology are respectively the theoretical and technical bases of data-driven decision making (development) mode in sports training. Simultaneously, it is necessary to provide specific background to the data in the process of sports training, to have an insight into the hidden and low-quality data, to focus the relevance and time-bound requirements among the data, and to flexibly transform the big data thinking and small data thinking according to the discrepancy of data magnitude.
