摘    要:在一般的网球移动技术训练中,通常较重视以肌肉向心收缩为主的加速训练,短冲和爆发力训练是主要训练手段。查阅网球运动及体能训练的相关文献显示:不重视离心收缩的训练将影响运动员移动中的减速能力、移动技术和身体姿态控制能力,并增加运动损伤的风险。研究选取36名青少年网球运动员作为实验对象,运用实验组和对照组对比研究的方法,在实验组和对照组共同实施6周功能训练的基础上,对实验组再施加6周的离心训练,与对照组就离心减速能力、移动能力、身体姿态控制等指标进行对比研究。研究表明:在训练中增加离心训练对增强青少年网球运动员的离心减速能力、移动能力、身体姿态控制能力具有积极的意义。

Research on the Influence of Centrifugal Training on the Mobile Technology of Teenager Tennis Players

Abstract:In the general training of tennis mobile technology, we usually pay more attention to the acceleration training which mainly focuses on muscle centripetal contraction, and the short dash and explosive force training are the main training methods. Looking up the related literature of tennis and physical training, it shows that not paying attention to the training of centrifugal contraction will affect the deceleration ability, movement technology and body posture control ability, and increase the risk of sports injury. In this study, 36 young tennis players were selected as the experimental objects. Using the method of comparative study between the experimental group and the control group, on the basis of six weeks of functional training in the experimental group and the control group, another six weeks of centrifugal training were applied to the experimental group, and compared with the control group on the indicators of centrifugal deceleration energy, movement ability, body posture control. The research shows that increasing the centrifugal training in the training is of positive significance to enhance the centrifugal deceleration ability, movement ability and body posture control ability of young tennis players.
