摘    要:以校企合作为背景,在汲取我国部分民办高校休闲体育专业办学经验的基础上,结合新时代休闲体育市场人才需求现状,运用文献资料、实地考察、逻辑分析、总分构建等方法,构建了民办院校休闲体育专业具有市场特性校企合作人才培养模式与发展路径:依托优势,交叉融合——走实践实训之路,建校企课程权重均衡模式;校培企助,多源引智——走资源整合之路,建内外师资优势互补模式;课岗对接,课证融合——走分层教学之路,建实践教学“三进三出”模式;术学为体,德才为用——走宽进严出之路,建人才培养注重应用模式。

Practical Research on the Training Mode of School-Enterprise Cooperative Talents of Leisure Sports Major in Private Colleges and Universities
Abstract:In the context of school-enterprise cooperation, on the basis of absorbing the experience of leisure sports major in some private colleges and universities in China, combining with the current situation of the demand for leisure sports market talents in the new era, using the methods of documentation, on-the-spot investigation, logical analysis and total score construction, this paper constructs the training mode and development path of leisure sports major in private colleges and universities with market characteristics. Relying on advantages, cross-integration-taking the road of practical training, building a balanced model of curriculum weight between schools and enterprises; school training and enterprise assistance, multi-source wisdom-taking the road of resource integration, building a complementary model of internal and external teacher advantages; docking classes and docking classes, integrating lessons and certificates-taking the road of stratified teaching, building a "three in and three out" model of practical teaching; learning as the body, virtue and talent as the Use-Taking the road of broad access and strict access, building people Talent training pays attention to application mode.
