女性青少年体力活动水平与体成分、骨密度相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨身体活动水平(PAL)与体成分、骨密度(BMD)的相关性,为提高女性骨质健康及防治骨质疏松等疾病提供理论依据。方法:以42名女性青少年(总体年龄均值+标准差)为研究对象,根据国际体力活动IPAQ评估量表将受试者分为运动组和实验组,每组各21人。其中运动组纳入标准为持续运动时间达三年以上,且每周剧烈体力活动大于6h,而对照组标准为无运动队经历且每周剧烈体力活动低于1. 5h。采用双能X线骨密度仪测量身体成分(体重、体脂率、身体质量指数(BMI)及肌肉质量)及骨密度(全身及脊柱、盆骨、大腿等部位的骨密度)。结果:(1)运动组与对照组的体脂肪及全身肌肉质量无显著性差异(p> 0. 05);而全身、脊柱、盆骨、大腿BMD存在显著性差异(p<0. 05);(2)体重、身高与全身、脊柱、盆骨及大腿BMD呈显著正相关(p <0. 05);(3)肌肉质量与盆骨、大腿BMD有中等正相关(p <0. 05);(4)脂肪含量与全身、脊柱、大腿、盆骨之间均没有显著相关性(p> 0. 05)。结论:有规律的增加运动量能提升女性青少年的骨密度;增加自身肌肉含量对骨密度有利。

Abstract:Objective: To study the correlation between physical activity level (PAL) and body composition and bone mineral density (BMD), and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the health of female bone and preventing and treating osteoporosis. Methods: 42 female adolescents (total age mean standard deviation) were divided into exercise group (n = 21) and experimental group (n = 21) according to the International physical activity IPAQ Assessment scale. The inclusion standard of sports group was more than three years of continuous exercise, and the weekly strenuous physical activity was more than 6 hours, while that of the control group was no sports team experience and the weekly strenuous physical activity was less than 1.5 hours. Body composition (body weight, body fat percentage, body mass index (BMI) and muscle mass) and bone mineral density (bone mineral density of whole body and spine, pelvis, thigh, etc.) were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. Results: (1) there was no significant difference in body fat and muscle mass between exercise group and control group, but there was significant difference in BMD between whole body, spine, pelvis and thigh (p < 0.05); (2). Height was positively correlated with BMD in whole body, spine, pelvis and thigh (p < 0.05); (3). Muscle mass was positively correlated with pelvic bone and thigh BMD (p < 0.05).(4) There was no significant correlation between fat content and body, spine, thighs and pelvic bone (p > 0.05).Conclusion: regular increase of exercise can increase the bone mineral density of female adolescents, and the increase of muscle content is beneficial to bone mineral density.
