| 摘 要： | 运用"盘活存量理论"分析中国女排的改革措施,结果表明:中国排球管理者通过建立大国家队制度;实施二次转会制度;推荐优秀运动员加入国外高水平排球联赛等措施盘活了现有优秀排球运动员,提升了中国女排国家队竞技水平。"盘活存量理论"在中国女排应用的建议则是:加速推进体育系统与教育系统排球资源的融合;盘活体育系统排球教练员,让他们进入教育系统执教;盘活退役高水平排球运动员创办排球培训机构,通过这些盘活存量措施促进高水平排球后备人才的培养。只有实现我国排球塔尖人才的挖掘和激活,塔基人才的培养和输送这种双轨盘活才能支撑我国女排竞技水平的长久提高和保持。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the reform measures of the Chinese women''s volleyball team by using the theory of activating the stock. The results show that the Chinese volleyball managers enliven the existing excellent volleyball players and improve the competitive level of the national team of the Chinese women''s volleyball team by establishing a large national team system, implementing a secondary transfer system and recommending excellent players to join the foreign high-level volleyball league. The suggestions of activating the stock theory in the application of Chinese women''s volleyball are as follows: accelerating the integration of volleyball resources in sports system and education system; activating volleyball coaches in sports system to teach in education system; activating retired high-level volleyball players to establish volleyball training institutions, and promoting the cultivation of high-level volleyball reserve talents through these measures. Only by realizing the excavation and activation of the talents at the top of the volleyball tower, the cultivation and transmission of the talents at the tower base can support the long-term improvement and maintenance of the competitive level of the Chinese women''s volleyball team. |
