| 摘 要： | 在对NCAA排球竞赛为期三个月的实地考察基础上，采用文献资料法、逻辑归纳法，对NCAA与FUSC两种排球竞赛规则进行比较研究，详细阐述了NCAA排球竞赛规则的独特性，进一步解读NCAA排球竞赛规则所倡导的核心理念：首先是通过制定竞赛规则来规范参与者的行为；其次是通过执行规则产生良好的结果，最后是规则中处处渗透着安全意识。结合FUSC排球运动的发展状况，经对比得出深刻的启示：建构FUSC核心价值体系、强化规则的教育目的、消除藩篱，鼓励参与，为中国大学生排球运动队发展提供借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The essay is based on a three-month on-the-spot investigation into NCAA Volleyball Championship. By analyzing documentary, this essay compares NCAA and FUSC volleyball rules, expounds the uniqueness of NCAA volleyball rules and explicates the core ideas proposed by NCAA volleyball rules. This essay demonstrates that NCAA stresses regulating behavior and bringing forth results and safety awareness by playing rules. FUSC Volleyball Championship is offered some guidance, such as building up a core value system, emphasizing the educational purpose of rules, removing barriers, and encouraging participation. |
