摘    要:通过随机抽样、实验干预、统计分析等方法,研究10周的瑜伽和有氧舞蹈对于女大学生社会性体格焦虑(SPA)、体能素质、心理健康以及主观幸福感的影响效果。结果表明,舞蹈锻炼可以显著地降低女大学生的SPA,降低体重、BMI、体脂肪率等指标,提高肌肉耐力,改善心理健康水平,提高幸福感指数。另外,瑜伽组和有氧舞蹈组对于改善SPA和身心健康的效果有显著差别,SPA对于女大学生的锻炼行为和运动情景的选择会产生影响。因此,瑜伽运动和有氧运动对于降低女大学生的社会性体格焦虑和改善其身心健康都起到了积极的作用。

Effect of Dance on the Social Physique Anxiety and Physical and Mental Health of Female College Student

Abstract:By random sampling, the experimental intervention, statistical analysis and other methods, this paper studies effects of the10 weeks yoga and aerobics for the social physique anxiety (SPA) , physical quality, mental health and subjective well-being of female college students. The results show that the dance exercise can significantly reduce the SPA, body weight, BMI, body fat rate and other indexes of female college students, and increase muscle endurance, and improve the mental health level and happiness index. In addition, there are significant differences between the yoga group and the aerobics group for improving SPA and physical and mental health. SPA can influence exercise behaviors and choices of movement situation for female college students. Therefore, yoga and aerobics has played a positive role in the reduction of social physique anxiety and the improvement of physical and mental health for female college students.
