| 摘 要： | 运动休闲产业在我国是一个新兴产业，传统思维中运动休闲产业属于体育产业的一部分，然而在产业结构调整和新兴产业与传统产业关联发展中，运动休闲产业似乎已超越了传统体育产业的概念，为此，我们必须建立和完善针对运动休闲产业的管理体制，在依法管理的大背景下，促使运动休闲产业在初期发展过程中能够做到结构优化，产业链紧密，产业网络完善且可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Sports and leisure industry are a new industry in China. In traditional thinking, sports and leisure industry belongs to a part of sports industry. However, in the adjustment of industrial structure and the correlation between new industry and traditional industry, sports and leisure industry seem to have surpassed the concept of traditional sports industry. Therefore, we must establish and improve the management system for sports and leisure industry and manage it according to law Under the background of theory, sports and leisure industry can achieve structural optimization, close industrial chain, perfect industrial network, and sustainable development in the initial development process. |
