| 摘 要： | 学校体育是实现“健康中国”战略的重要抓手。在健康中国背景下,对我国学校体育发展的困境与出路进行研究,当前我国学校体育存在学生体质健康下滑、体育课程设置不科学、学生科学健身知识和健康素养不够、学生体育活动参与时间不足,不同层次的体育课程衔接不够、场地设施不足等现实困境。所以加强学生身体教育、健康教育和运动技能教育;深化学校体育课程改革,构建衔接紧密、多样化的体育课程体系;建立学校、家庭、社会体育的联合机制,发挥学校体育在健康战略中的价值。

| Abstract: | School physical education is an important starting point to realize the strategy of "healthy China". Under the background of healthy Chinese construction, this paper studies the dilemma and the way out of the development of school sports in China. The physical education course setting unscientific, the students'' scientific fitness knowledge and health literacy is not enough, the students'' sports activities are insufficient, and the physical education classes at different levels are in different levels. Such problems as insufficient title and inadequate facilities. In order to give full play to the role of school physical education in the construction of healthy China, we should put forward the goal of Health China, strengthen the students'' physical education, health education and sports skills education, deepen the reform of the school physical education curriculum, establish a hierarchical and diversified sports curriculum system, and establish a joint mechanism of school, family and social sports.Give full play to the value of school sports in health strategy. |
