| 摘 要： | 对我国城市化进程中城市社区体育发展的策略进行了探索。结果发现，当前我国城市社区体育的发展存在的主要问题有:职能部门在城市社区体育组织协调中权责不清;城市社区体育场地运营重利益轻服务;城市社区体育公共服务供给模式不完善;不同区域社区体育发展不均衡;人口结构变迁对城市社区体育的管理提出了新要求。提出了完善社区体育组织体系、协调相互间的关系;将社区体育发展与城市规划建设相结合;构建城市社区体育公共服务多主体的供给机制;合理配置体育公共资源，促进社区体育发展均衡化等策略。

Strategic Choice of Urban Community Sports Development during the Urbanization |

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the strategies of developing urban community sports in the course of urbanization. The results showed that several problems persist during the urban community sports in our country as follows: the functional departments in the work of community sports authority and responsibility are not clear; more attentions are focused on the economic function instead of service function in the urban community sports operating; the supply mode of urban community sports public service is not perfect; the development of community sports in different regions is not balanced; the change of population structure raised new requirement faced by urban community sports. Suggestions and solutions are as follow. Firstly, the coordination relationship between system and community sports organization; secondly, the development of community sports and urban planning and construction of the combination; thirdly, supply mechanism in the construction of urban community sports public service subject; and lastly, rational allocation of public sports resources, promote the development of community sports equalization. |
