| 摘 要： | 自姚明出任中国篮协主席以来对中国篮球协会实施了“扁平化管理、专业管理专业、双国家队”等一系列的改革起到充分调动了队员们的积极性,倒逼队员危机意识,增加了国家队的人才储备,提高了比赛水平,为年轻优秀教练员提供了更多锻炼和提高作用。根据对2016年里约奥运会的12支男篮球队整体实力进行综合评价,结合国家男篮改革和在雅加达亚运会夺冠的原因进行分析,为备战2019年世界杯、2020年东京奥运会提供一些理论参考。

| Abstract: | Since Yao Ming became chairman of the China Basketball Association, he has implemented a series of reforms such as "flat management, professional management, and dual national teams" to the Chinese Basketball Association, which has fully mobilized the enthusiasm of the players, forced the players to sense a crisis, and increased the national team''s talent pool. It improves the level of the competition and provides more exercise and improvement for young outstanding coaches. According to the comprehensive evaluation of the overall strength of the 12 men''s basketball teams in the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, combined with the National men''s basketball reform and the reasons for winning the Asian Games in Jakarta, it provides some theoretical references for preparing for the 2019 World Cup and the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. |
