| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、实地访问等方法，探索农村地区妇女体育发展困境与化解路径。主要结论：农村妇女体育的整体发展水平低下，运动场地供需矛盾突出，大部分农村妇女缺乏锻炼身体的意识，体育强度达不到预期的锻炼效果。限制农村地区妇女体育发展的原因包括体育场地的投入比例失衡，日常管理工作缺失，农村体育公共服务体系难以形成，以及繁重的日常劳动等等。建议：引导兴趣，加强体育健身符号刺激；科技领航，提高农村地区的信息化管理；“以人为本”，激发农村妇女的运动热情；协同发展，向农村妇女传输健康运动理念。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of documentation and field visits, this paper explores the predicament of women''s sports development in rural areas and the ways to solve it. Main conclusions: The overall development level of rural women''s sports is low, the contradiction between supply and demand of sports venues is prominent, most rural women lack the awareness of physical exercise, and the intensity of physical exercise cannot reach the expected effect. The reasons for restricting the development of women''s sports in rural areas include the imbalance of investment proportion in sports venues, the lack of daily management, the difficulty of forming the public service system of rural sports, and heavy daily work. Suggestions: guiding interest, strengthening the stimulation of sports fitness symbols; scientific and technological piloting, improving information management in rural areas; "people-oriented" to stimulate rural women''s sports enthusiasm; coordinated development, transmitting the concept of healthy sports to rural women. |
