| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对加拿大冰球发展进行梳理和分析。得出以下主要结论：加拿大冰球运动发展在于政府“有所为”与“有所不为”的精准拿捏,给予体育社会组织法律援助;构建具有时空连贯性的冰球竞赛联盟;树立“技术优先发展”的训练理念;建立协同创新冰球人才培养模式,注重发展冰球运动员社会竞争力。对我国的启示是：丰富冰球基础设施和服务供给,夯实基础;去冰球贵族化标签,普及提高;引入社会资本,激活冰球市场化,自我造血;构建区域性冰球联赛体系,培育品牌化冰球赛事。

| Abstract: | using the methods of literature review and logical analysis, this paper combs and analyzes the development of Canadian ice hockey. The main conclusions are as follows: the development of Canadian ice hockey is the precise moderation government to do something "not", and "give sports social organization legal aid; construct Spatiotemporal coherence of ice hockey competition alliance; to establish" technology development priority "training concept; establish collaborative innovation hockey talent training mode, focusing on the development of ice hockey players social competence. The enlightenment to China: rich hockey infrastructure and service supply, to lay a solid foundation; ice hockey aristocratic label, popularize and improve; the introduction of social capital, the activation of ice hockey market, attain the ability of self-refreshed function; building a regional ice hockey league system, cultivating the brand ice hockey tournament. |
