| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨拖延对大学生锻炼行为的影响，考察锻炼动机的中介效应。方法：在理论研究与文献回顾的基础上，采用Aitken大学生拖延行为量表，体育锻炼动机量表和体育活动等级量表对1090名大学生进行调查。结果：大学生具备中低度拖延倾向和中等水平的锻炼动机，其锻炼行为亟待改善；锻炼动机和锻炼行为在性别上存在差异，而拖延在性别上却具有同一性；拖延对锻炼行为的负向影响显著；在拖延的基础上，锻炼动机对锻炼行为的回归效应显著，在拖延解释锻炼行为时的中介效应显著，并且，不同自我决定程度的锻炼动机在此关联的中介效应具有特异性。结论：拖延对大学生锻炼行为具有阻滞影响，以及锻炼动机在加强大学生自我管理能力、培养大学生体育锻炼习惯上具有的重要作用。研究为制定大学生锻炼行为激励策略提供重要的实践启示。

| Abstract: | Place is an important research perspective in modern human and cultural geography studies and place meaning play a major role in the construction of identification. The traditional football fans in England have strong place identity to football clubs. Sports, especially football, are the important channel of play identity formation and there is internal connection between football fans, place and place identity. Stadium, flags and colors are main expressions of fans'' place identity. Football games'' attributes, the emotional interaction and collective memory during matches are the main factors that form fans'' place identity. |
