| 摘 要： | 主要采用专家访谈与问卷调查等研究方法，结合案例分析，对我国大型体育场馆运营的合同制治理的状况及模式进行探讨。研究认为，我国大型体育场馆服务外包以保安绿化等非核心业务为主，并存在着道德、寻租、逆向选择等风险，提出服务外包合同制治理模式并建立相应的保障体系，以服务外包合同制治理模式来破解大型体育场馆的运营难题。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly uses the methods of expert interviews and questionnaires, and combines with case studies to discuss the status and mode of contract management of large-scale stadiums and Gymnasiums in China. The research considers that the service outsourcing of large-scale stadiums and Gymnasiums in our country is mainly based on non-core business such as security and greening, and there are risks such as morality, rent-seeking and adverse selection. The paper puts forward the governance model of service outsourcing contract system and establishes corresponding security system, and uses the governance model of service outsourcing contract system to solve the operation problems of large-scale stadiums and gymnasiums. |
