| 摘 要： | 探讨跳远起跳过程中起跳腿下肢髋膝踝关节生物力学表现对跳远距离的影响。同步采集15名跳远运动员的踏板起跳动作的运动学和动力学数据，并对相关数据进行灰色关联分析。结果发现跳远的姿势对跳远成绩的影响作用最明显，踏板时刻，最大冲击力时刻、缓存最低点和离板时刻的髋膝踝三关节的角度，以及踏板起跳时间、屈膝时间与起跳总时间的百分比及垂直方向最大地面反作用力对跳远成绩都有重要影响。起跳过程须强化合理正确的起跳姿势，起跳环节触地时下肢关节尽可能伸展，踝关节主动踏板，尽可能减少踏板起跳时间；加强起跳腿下肢力量，提高起跳腿的控制力，将有利于提高跳远成绩。

| Abstract: | This research used Gray Correlation Approach to investigate the effects of the joints'' biomechanical performances during the long jump. The results indicate the posture during take-off is critical to the distance. The joints of lower extremity must be fully extended, and the ankle needs to step the pedal positively to minimize the time during take-off. This pattern helps to enhance the lower limb strength and improve the control of the take-off leg will be conducive to improving the long jump performance. |
