| 摘 要： | 随着现代科技的进步．科学化训练在竞技运动训练中运用日益普及．作用日渐突出。探讨现代篮球科学化训练的主要趋势特征，旨在提高篮球运动训练的科学性与有效性，使训练方法、手段、目的与特点更加符合世界篮球运动的发展趋势与比赛要求，从而提高篮球运动训练过程的针对性与目的性，达到有效提高我国篮球运动训练水平的目的。
