| 摘 要： | 平衡木作为我国传统优势项目,一直保持着世界先进水平。以往我国运动员在平衡木这个项目上取得了令世人瞩目的成绩。以2004年苏州全国体操锦标赛上程菲、李娅的平衡木比赛作为研究对象,通过对两人平衡木时的下法技术进行研究对比,找出两名运动员在技术规格、技术创新上存在的优点与不足,为两名运动员在今后的训练中提供有意义的参考依据。 |

| Abstract: | The balance beam,as the traditional advantage events in our country, has been maintained the world's advanced level.In the past our athletes have achieved the results that catch the world's attention in the balance beam.The paper,with balance beam competition of Chen Fei and Li Ya in 2004national gymnastics championships in Suzhou as study object,compares their techniques about leaving off balance beam,and then finds out their advantages and shortcomings in the technique specification and technique innovation so as to provide a meaningful reference for their training in the future. |
