| 摘 要： | 通过回顾2012年以来日本和中国羽毛球队的发展状况，分析了国际化的教练团队、青训人才厚度以及社会和企业的支持对日本羽毛球迅速崛起的积极作用，从政策制定、教练团队、人才培养等方面对我国羽毛球的发展提出了一些建议，供教学研究参考。

| Abstract: | By reviewing the achievement of Japanese and Chinese badminton teams since 2012, this paper analyses the positive effects of internationalized coaching teams, youth training personnel thickness and social and enterprise support on the rapid rise of Japanese badminton, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of Chinese badminton from the aspects of policy formulation, coaching teams and personnel training, for reference of teaching research. |
