| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法,分析讨论珠海市竞技体育后备人才培养的现状:后备人才储备不足、培养体制单一、培养效益低等问题.提出培养体制多元化,拓宽训练网络,完善青少年竞赛体系,加强教练员队伍建设,创新培养竞技体育后备人才的管理机制等建议,以促进珠海市竞技体育后备人才的培养.

| Abstract: | Through the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey and expert interview, this paper analyzes the status quo of the training of reserve talents in Zhuhai: the shortage of reserve talents, the cultivation of individual system and the low efficiency of training. It puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate the system, expand the training network, and perfect the youth. |
