| 对我国优秀男子三级跳远运动员跨步跳起跳若干运动学参数的研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 采用定点高速录像(250帧／s)的方法。对我国优秀男子三级跳远运动员跨步跳起跳过程重心速度和起跳幅度进行了定量研究。研究结果表明，我国优秀男子三级跳远运动员跨步跳起跳过程中，水平速度损失比国外优秀运动员大；水平速度损失率大是制约我国三级跳远成绩提高的关键。起跳蹬伸摆动动作消极，起跳幅度比国外优秀运动员小，不能有效地提高腾起初速度，提高起跳效果。 |

| Abstract: | The method of take videotape fixed position high-speed (250frams/second) was used to study enter ofweight velocity and takeoff range of Chinese the top men-triple jump athletes during the step takeoff.Research results showed that Chinese the top men-triple jump player were the horizontal velocity lose very great of the top athletes CHinese than other countries during the sterp takeoff.The horizontal velocity lose rate very great were key of restricted result Chinese triple jump.Swinging movement not initiative of takeoff, takeoff range were small Chinese players than other countries.It can't effective to raise initial speed of takeoff, raise takeoff effect. |
