| 摘 要： | 对我国东北城乡16岁以上城乡妇女参加体育活动的现状进行了抽样问卷调查，根据调查所获数据，按照老年(55岁以上)中年(36—55岁)和青年(16—35岁)分组进行了统计分析。结果表明：中、老、青年城乡妇女参加体育活动人数的组内百分比和“适当运动”人数的组内百分比均呈现两头高、中间低的形态。制约老、中、青年城乡妇女参加体育活动的主要因素，老、中、青年参加体育活动的目的、时间安排、活动形式以及促进她们参加体育活动的主要外因等均表现出不同程度的差弄。

| Abstract: | The paper have had a sample questionnaire in the present condition of the Women who are more than 16 in the town and countryside of northeast of China. According to the data of investigation, the author have counted up and analyzed some groups divided into the old (aged more than 55) ;the middle (aged from 36 to 55)and the yong(aged from 16 to 35) .The result indicates that "proper exercises"and groups and percentage of the numbers of taking part in the exercises among the old, the middle, and the young women shown that formation of the old and young is high and formation of the middle is low. There are some differences, such as the main factors of limiting the women of the ol, the middle and the young taking part in the physical exercises; the purpose of the women of the old the middle and the young taking part into sports activities, time arrangements, the forms of activities and the main external causes of their taking part in the sports activities. |
