| 摘 要： | 查阅了国内外足球专项测试与评价相关的大量文献,在认识足球比赛中运动学特征、生理负荷及疲劳特征的基础上,从生理学角度综述了足球专项耐力的实验室测试中最大摄氧量、乳酸阈及心率等指标的测试与应用,比较分析了足球专项耐力的现场测试方法,着重阐述了经典的往返跑测试和YO-YO测试方法,最后结合足球专项耐力测评思考了足球训练的方法与手段,供足球训练参考。
