| Abstract: | According to the dialectical theory of the existence and consciousness of the society,the thesis which faces the new century discusses the innate characters of PE,the spirit of PE,and their meaning of value,and explains the establishment and improvement of socialist market economy system,which combines with the function of value of the spirit in PE,need carry forward the spirit of PE.The idea of how to carry forward it is also analyzed in the paper. |
