| 摘 要： | 司克兰是英式橄榄球比赛中特有的形态，7人制比赛由每方各3人夹扎组成，是违例、犯规和比赛暂停后重新开始比赛的方式，它以顶推的方法公平的提供获得球权的机会给参赛双方，是比赛中很重要的获得球权并由此展开攻防的形态，如何从对方投球时获得更多球权是球队取得好成绩的必要环节。

| Abstract: | Scrum is a specific formation only in rugby games, and each side 3 players blind set up in sevens rugby. It is a restart form after breach of rules, infringement and suspend. Scrum provides a square opportunity gaining possession to each side in pushing opponent, which is very important form to gaining possession and beginning to attack and defense. How to get more possession when opponent put in the ball to scrum is the requisite link that your team will get good results. |
