| 摘 要： | 绩效评估指标的设计是绩效评估过程中最为核心的内容。运用文献分析法、德尔菲法、数理统计法、模糊数学法和层次分析法，构建出包括4项一级指标、12项二级指标、38项三级指标的政府购买公共体育服务绩效评估指标体系。

| Abstract: | It is the core content for evaluating performance to design an indicator of government purchase of public sports service. This paper, by adopting approaches such as literature review, Delphi method, mathematical statistics method, fuzz mathematical method and analysis hierarchy process, intends to establish indicator system of performance evaluation, which includes 4 first-level indicators, 12 secondary indicators, 38 tertiary indicators. |
