高校拓展训练课的组织实施与分享设计分析*

摘    要:拓展(Outward Bound)是体验式教学的一种形式。通过组织实施,激情挑战,分享回顾,引导总结,让学生以身体为载体,以团队为组织形式,参与挑战、团队协作等方式来提高身体健康、心理健康、社会适应能力,是一种突破传统教育思维和教学模式的全新理念。

Abstract:With the popularization of university physical education lessons, Altitude Outward Bond Training has become more and more popular among students. The Altitude Outward Bond personal challenge project mainly focus on training their psychological endurance and improving the abilities when facing risks and difficulties. The ultimate goals of Altitude Outward Bond training are to change their behavior patterns in social network and improve their spirit and courage through participate in this project and sharing experience to each other.
