| 摘 要： | 对2006年全国田径大奖赛决赛(郑州站)的男子背越式跳高冠军黄海强的最后一步助跑至起跳的技术分析,起跳腿脚触时的膝角度到最大缓冲时膝角,缓冲角度较大,与起跳腿的退让收缩、膝、踝的快速屈伸能力差有关,快速蹬伸能力影响H1高度,起跳时带有“偏心”的起跳也相对的降低了H1的高度,黄的身体腾起高度H2和身体重心腾起的最大高度,都达到国际优秀运动员水平。
