| 摘 要： | 根据我国足球项目迎战2004和2008年奥运合的需要，在阅读分析相关献资料的基础上，运用专家调查的方法，阐述国际足球运动发展趋势、我国足球运动的发展与现状、我国迎战未来两届奥运会的指导思想与目标、具体思路与步骤及我国足球项目迎战奥运会的主要措施等问题，目的是在思想和认识上为迎战奥运会做准备。
