L-精氨酸对大鼠递增负荷运动至疲劳后血清NO、BUN等指标的影响

摘    要:为研究L-精氨酸对大鼠递增运动负荷至疲劳后血清某些指标的影响,采用6-8周龄雄性SD大鼠50只,随机分为对照组(G1),递增至中强度运动组(G2),递增至中强度运动 L-精氨酸400mg/kg组(G3),运动至疲组(G4),运动至疲 L-精氨酸400mg/kg组(G5)进行运动前30minL-精氨酸400mg/kg或生理盐水2ml腹膜腔注射后在跑台上进行递增负荷的跑步训练,直到力竭状态。运动结束后即刻,采血测定运动持续时间、血液NO、BUN、TT等的指标变化情况。结果显示:注射L-精氨酸400mg/kg所在组(G3、G5)明显延长大鼠疲劳及力竭运动的运动时间,G3组血清皮质醇及血尿素增高幅度明显低于G2组;G3血睾酮水平明显高于G2组,与对照组相比无明显差异。各力竭运动组生化指标无明显差异。以上结果表明,L-精氨酸400mg/kgI.C.V能使大鼠适应递增负荷的运动应激,延缓运动性疲劳的发生。

Abstract:50male SD rats are randomly divided into five groups as follows: control group(G1),increasing mid-load exercise group(G2),increasing-mid-load exercise L-Arg400mg/kg group(G3),exhaust exercise group(G4),and exhaust exercise L-Arg400mg/kg group(G5).The rats are injected with L-Arg400mg/kg or physiologic brine(2ml) before exercise.The G2-G5 exercise on the run-flat till they exhaust and stop exercise,then the author phlebotomizes for measurement its motion duration and some biochemical indexes.The result shows that: L-Arg400mg/kg can prolong the duration time and fatigue of rats.The cortisol and BUN of rats in G3 are distinct lower than G2,while the testosterone(TT) level of rats in G3 is higher than G2 but there is no significant difference compared to the level in control group.And the biochemical indexes also show no significant difference among exhaustive exercise groups.We can conclude that: L-Arg 400mg/kg can help rats adapt the sport-stress during the process of increasing by degree load exercises and delay the occur of fatigue.
