维生素E和硒对运动中红细胞氧化应激的影响

摘    要:给大鼠腹腔内注射维生素E亚硒酸钠注射液共45天,测定红细胞抗氧化酶、膜脂质过氧化物、膜流动性、膜蛋白高分子聚合物,以期了解疲劳性运动,氧化应激和抗氧化防御体系之间的关系。研究发现VitE和Se协同作用,有效地提高了大鼠红细胞SOD,GSH-Px活性,抑制疲劳性游泳后红细胞膜MDA含量增加。

Abstract:The relationship between prolonged exercise,oxidative stress and the protective capacity of the Vitamin E. and Selenium has been determined. Prolonged swimming increased MDA in erythrocyte menbrane, decreased SOD activity. Vitamin E and selenium attenuated the amount of .MDA and significantly increased SOD, GSHPX activity in erythrocyte. These results suggest that vitamin E. and supplementation can be beneficial in attenuating oxidative stress induced by prolonged exercise.
