摘    要:以39届世界体操锦标赛的女选手为研究对象,对北京奥运周期世界女子平衡木发展特点进行研究。结果显示:成套动作难度平均为6.34分,其中技巧与舞蹈动作的比例接近为6:1;技巧动作中前空翻类型占六成,挺身前空翻及其转体和团身前空翻几乎是每位选手的规定动作;上法呈现多样化特征,下法的动作类型全部为后空翻动作;完成技巧动作的质量欠佳,整套平均扣分高达1.253分之多;今后的主要任务是在既定动作难度的基础上,努力提高完成动作质量,重点是提高技巧动作的控制力和稳定性。

Abstract:Taking the 39th world gymnastics championship as research object,the author researches to the new characteristics of the Beijing Olympic Games world female balance beam development pattern.The result shows that the difficulty of whole set movement average is 6.34,proportion of skill and the dance movement is approach 6: 1;in the skillful movement the forward somersault occupies six tenths.Thrusting forward and the forward somersault and its swivel and the group body forward somersault nearly is each athlete compulsory exercise.All the athletes takes back somersault while fall to the ground;The quality of completion of the skillful movement is unsatisfactory,average of deduction of the whole set reaches as high as more than 1.253;the next primary mission will be to enhance completes the movement quality on the ground of difficulty of movement.The key point is to enhance the controlling force and the stability skillful movement.
