浅谈健美操运动员赛前心理调节的训练方法

摘    要:运动员心理能力即指运动员与训练竞赛有关的个性心理特征,以及根据训练与竞赛的需要把握和调整心理过程的能力,是运动员竞技能力的重要组成部分。高水平竞技运动发展到今天,竞争愈演愈烈,心理因素对比赛成绩的作用变得更加突出。通过文献资料法、综合比较分析法、逻辑推理法,阐述了采用具体、可行和有效的心理训练方法可以提高健美操运动员的心理素质,并可为创造优异成绩奠定良好的心理基础。
