| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、逻辑分析、访谈等方法,以中国古典哲学思想之和谐论为研究视角,针对现代社会人们寻求本性回归,追求精神自由与自我完整的意识日趋强烈,对休闲体育在现代社会中的和谐价值进行探讨。认为,休闲体育的本质是和谐,人类进入后工业社会所引发的人与自然、社会等问题,表明和谐在现代社会显得越来越重要。以期为正确认识休闲体育在实现人的精神与躯体的和谐,构建和谐社会,丰富大众娱乐文化提供参考。

| Abstract: | By using the methods of literature review,logic analysis,interviews etc.,taking the classical Chinese philosophy of harmony for the study perspective,the author discusses the harmony value of leisure sports in modern society.It supplies reference to correct understanding of the value of leisure sports. |
