| 摘 要： | 从医学角度对青少年时期从事大运动量训练的中老年体育教师进行血压状况追踪观察，并与同龄学科教师进行对照。结果表明：观察组血压明显高于对照组；观察组血压随年龄的增长而增高，高血压总病率在60岁前增长幅度最大；通过比较1989年、1994年、1999年和2001年追踪观察结果，观察组的血压以1989年—1994年的变化幅度最大。结论：中老年体育教师是患高血压痛的高危人群、必须提前进行干预。加强运动员退役后的医务监督，综合防治，减少疾病的发生。

| Abstract: | The blood pressure condition was tracked on middle and old aged athletic teachers,and contracted with others.The results showed that the blood pressure of observe group is obviously higher than those of the compare;that the middle and old aged athletic teachers are a high perilous crowd of hypertension,and the interfering must be advance proceeded,enhance the medical matters supervises,and synthesis the prevention and cure. |
