| 摘 要： | 概述了广东瑶族长鼓舞的起源及特点，归纳总结了长鼓舞的健身娱乐价值，分析探讨了广东瑶族长鼓舞具有传统性、地域性、交融性和社会性等化特征。旨在挖掘、整理广东瑶族传统体育资源，为继承和发展少数民族体育传统，推动少数民族地区全民健身活动的开展。
