| 摘 要： | 对广东省中年科教人员、机关干部 92 33人进行包括身体形态、身体机能、身体素质的 8项指标测试和分析。结果表明 :科教人员、机关干部的体质状况以及格者居多。身高随年龄的增长而下降。身体机能、身体素质各指标的变化具有规律性 ,但大多数均为中等水平。提示应全面提高科教人员、机关干部的体质水平。

| Abstract: | The physique of 9233 (male:5305,age 41_60;female:3928,age 41_56),middle-aged scientific workers,teachers and office workers of Guangdong Province was investigated and analyzed.8 index including body shape,body function and body fitness were performed.The results indicated that the physique of the middle-aged scientific workers,teachers and office workers were mostly in passing stage.The height descended with increasing age.The changes of the body function and fitness were regularly,but the most of them were at medium grades.The quality of scientific workers,teachers and office workers should be enhanced in all-round way,and appropriate suggestions were also made. |
