| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、调查访问等研究方法,对我国竞技体育人才培养体制改革进行了深入的探讨分析,结果表明:我国竞技体育人才培养体制具有跨行业、跨系统的特性,"生存危机"的培养体制改革势在必行。在坚持完善举国体制的同时,借鉴美国学校人才培养的法治管理模式,健全人才市场,旨在为我国竞技体育人才培养改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature review and survey interviews, this article discussed and analysised in depth the reform of Sports Talent Cultivation System. The results showed that the Sports Talent Training System had cross-sectoral, cross-system characteristics, the training system of survival crisis is imperative. While adhering to the National System, we should learn the rule of law in American school management of talent cultivation, improve the talent market and aims to give some reference about the reform of Sports Talent Cultivation System. |
