| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及训练跟踪法等科研方法，对我国老一代和新一代三级跳远运动员身体素质进行了比较分析，通过对比我们发现，老一代运动员的身体素质明显高于新一代运动员，尤其在力量素质和速度素质方面有较大的差距。通过对老一代运动员和新一代运动员有关问题进行调查研究、比较分析，找出不足，为提高我国男子三级跳远的运动水平服务。

| Abstract: | By means of literature review, questionnaires,interviews and observation of training,the author of this paper makes a comparative analysis on the physical qualities of the old and young generation of triple jumpers in China. The study indicates that the physical qualities of the older triple jumpers are superior to the younger ones and there exists a big discrepancy in qualities of both strength and speed between the two. The purpose of this study is to make investigations,compare the differences and find out problems so that the athletic level of the Chinese male triple jumpers can be improved. |
