| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,对高校体育教师职业高原现象进行调查与分析.结果显示:高校体育教师总体高原处于中等水平,但3个因子的表现水平参差不齐,层级高原上的分值最高,内容高原上的分值最低;高校体育教师职业高原及各因子在性别、年龄、学历、教龄等人口统计学变量上存在显著差异.根据高校体育教师职业高原特征,从教师个人、学校、社会3个层面寻找突破教师职业高原的应对策略,为丰富和拓展教师教育提供参考.
