| 摘 要： | 本研究以北京市委机关工作人员为研究对象,通过采用体重、身体脂肪量、体重指数等身体质量指标,对该群体人员的体质与健康状况进行研究评价。结果显示,该群体中男子各年龄段BMI均值高于全国同年龄段的均值;女子在31~45岁之间的BMI均值高于全国同年龄段的均值;男性体重超重和肥胖的比例高于同年龄段的女性,特别是出现在低年龄段(30岁以下),肥胖人数占整个群体人数的49.6%。

| Abstract: | The subjects in this investigation are from Beijing municipal government departments.By measuring their body weight,percentage of body fat and weight index,the physical fitness and health conditions of this group are studied and evaluated.Results show that the average BMI in male staff of different age group under investigation is higher than the average values of the same age group nationally,the average BMI in the group aged 31~45 in females is also high compared with the same age group nationally,and the percentage of people overweight or obese is higher in males than the females in the same age group,especially among people in the younger age group (below 30),which share up to 49.6% of the total number of obesity. |
