| 摘 要： | 对北京市体育局和首都体育学院合作成立竞技体育系对优秀运动员进行文化教育的培养模式进行了详细的归纳总结和论证，对竞技体育系在训练和教育上的特殊性、组织保证、运行机制、教学计划和授课方式等方面具有的优势进行了分析，指出这种优秀运动员文化教育计划和办学模式有较强的可操作性，值得推广。

| Abstract: | After summing up the cultural and educational training model for the top sportsmen provided by the Department of Athletics,which is set up jointly by Beijing Municipal Sports Bureau and the Capital Institute of Physical Education,the author of this essay tries to analyze the special characteristics,the advantages of its ensured organization,its mechanism,the teaching plans and methods of the training and education for the students of the Department of Athletics and makes clear that this kind of program of cultural education for top sportsmen and its organizational model are practical and worth promoting. |
