摘    要:运动负荷、雌激素水平及骨代谢的相互关系已经成为最新的研究热点之一。运用文献资料法,就目前雌激素与骨代谢的关系、运动负荷对骨量的影响、运动负荷影响下雌激素与骨代谢的关系3个方面进行综述讨论,并就未来研究方向予以展望。结果显示,运动负荷和雌激素水平对骨代谢平衡的维持具有重要作用。雌激素发挥作用的途径主要经位于成骨和破骨细胞上的雌激素受体介导,通过基因效应和非基因效应2种途径实现,进而促进骨形成,抑制骨吸收,维持骨代谢平衡;合理适宜的运动可以增加骨量,并可以预防和改善绝经后骨质疏松。

Abstract:The relationship between exercise load,estrogen and bone metabolism has been one of the hot issues of research in recent years.By means of literature review the three aspects in this area,the relationship between estrogen and bone metabolism,the influence of exercise load on the bone mass and the relationship between the estrogen and bone metabolism under the influence of exercise load,are summarized and discussed in the paper and the future prospect of the research is looked forward to.The results show that exercise load and estrogen level are important for maintaining bone metabolism.The influence of estrogen is realized mainly through the mediation of estrogen receptor located at osteoblast and osteoclast and through genetic and non-genetic effects,so as to promotes the bone formation,restrain bone absorbability and keep bone metabolism.Therefore reasonable and appropriate exercise can increase bone mass,prevent and improve postmenopausal osteoporosis.
