| 摘 要： | 社会体育专业是随着我国经济发展而兴起的新专业,目前已经有超过200所高校开办该专业。该专业开办十几年以来并没有很好地适应市场的需求,导致学生就业困难,违背了开设社会体育专业的初衷。要实现专业的可持续发展就必须适应市场的需求,力求寻找一条将专业培养目标、培养模式等教学因素与市场需求相协调,切实提高毕业生的一次性就业率的道路有现实的指导意义。通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和数理分析法等研究方法对我国社会体育专业可持续发展的制约因素和对策进行研究。结论认为,社会体育专业在我国有很广阔的发展前景,但是目前其可持续发展也存在主要培养目标不明确、学生就业不乐观和师资力量薄弱等制约因素;其中培养目标不明确和师资力量薄弱直接导致了社会体育专业学生核心竞争力差,就业困难,特别是毕业生就业向下分流的情况日趋严重,损害了社会体育专业生存和发展的根基。要实现专业的可持续发展就要将体育经营管理作为主要培养方向,同时课程的内容设置以市场需求为核心,注重专业理论知识转化为社会实践能力等。

| Abstract: | Social sports major is a new major started with the economic development in our country.Over 200 universities and colleges have opened this major so far in China.Though this major has been running for more than ten years,it hasn't met the demands of the market and has made graduates having difficulties in finding jobs,which has gone against the original intention of starting this major.In order to realize the sustainable development of this major,the demands of the market must be met.Currently,realistic hot issues are centered around seeking a road which can coordinates the teaching factors of training objectives and training mode of the major and the market demands,so as to increase graduates' rate of employment at one time.By means of literature review,interviews with experts and mathematical statistics,the authors have studied the constraints and countermeasures of the sustainable development of social sports major in China.It is concluded that social sports major has broad prospects in China.But at present constraints such as vague training objectives,pessimistic chances of employment for graduates and weak teaching resources still exist for its sustainable development.Among them,vague training objectives and weak teaching resources have directly lead to the weak competitiveness and low rate of employment for graduates of social sports major.The difficulties are becoming more and more serious and have thus harmed the foundation and development of the major.In order to realize the sustainable development of this major,it is important to set sports management and administration as the main training direction.At the same time,the planning of teaching contents should be centered on market demands and professional theories and knowledge should be turned into social and practical abilities. |
