| 摘 要： | 技巧曾是我国的传统优势竞技体育项目,由于奥运会和全运会设项等诸多因素的影响,尽管有关主管部门采取了一系列保护与促进措施,但是我国的技巧项目依然在进入21世纪后处于一种勉强维持生存的状态.以史料为基础,并以2011年全国技巧冠军赛暨全国青少年锦标赛的新变化为案例,重点分析国家体育总局体操运动管理中心近年来着力推进我国技巧运动走出低谷的一系列竞赛改革的新政.结论表明:在推动我国从体育大国向体育强国的进程中,竞技体育与群众体育完全割裂的状况必须打破,也完全可以打破；体育运动只有走入大众,特别是走进学校才能从根本上扩大项目人口；青少年儿童学生需要宽阔的体育竞赛平台展示自我价值等.

| Abstract: | Acrobatics was China’s traditional dominant competitive sports event,as the factors of the Olympic Games and National Games setting,although the relevant departments have adopted a series of protection and promotion measures,our acrobatics is still in a barely subsistence condition since entering twenty-first Century.Based on historical data,this paper deeply analyzed a series of reform of competition policy recently adopted by Gymnastics Administrative Center of General Administration of Sport for promoting China sports acrobatics to walk out of trough,and taking the 2011 National Acrobatics Championship and National Junior Championship as the case.The result showed that in the process of promoting China from a big sports country to a sports power,competitive sports and mass sports completely fragmented must be broken,sports only to enter public,especially into the school can radically expand event population.Young children students need wide sports competition platform for self-realization. |
