| 摘 要： | 第三部门是指除政府和企业之外的组织或部门。群众性多元化体育服务体系的构建是现阶段我国社会需要解决的问题，第三部门的兴起和参与社会公共事业建设对于构建群众性多元化体育服务体系将带来积极的影响。第三部门能够解决因为社会经济体制改革所带采的一系列社会公共服务问题，其中群众体育服务也是问题之一。第三部门的引入为更好地构建群众性多元化体育服务体系带来了机遇，必将在群众体育事业中产生积极的作用。

| Abstract: | The third department refers to organizations or departments other than government departments or enterprises. The construction of a multiplied mass sports service system is an issue that needs to be dealt with currently in China. It will bring about positive effects if the third department can start to involve in the construction of public utilities including the construction of the multiplied mass sports service system. The third department may help solve a series of social service problems brought about by the social economic system reforms and mass sports se, vice is one of them. The involvement of the third department will bring opportunities for a better construction of the multiplied mass sports service system and play an active role in the cause of mass sports. |
