| 摘 要： | 随着2008年北京奥运会的圆满结束,社会公众都在积极探讨奥运会给中国社会发展带来的影响。2008年奥运会给北京乃至全国带来的正面效应无需多说,笔者更关心的是历届奥运会不同程度遇到的后奥运低谷效应会不会在我们这里发生。运用经济学的外部性理论从自然环境、人工环境以及社会环境3方面阐述了大型运动会对承办城市生态环境所产生的负面影响,并从制定环境保护规划、加强城市普及生态环境教育等方面提出一些对策建议。
